Long Distance Moving
Twins Moving & Storage, Inc. has exceeded to competition in providing our customers the ability to relocate across the country.
We have in several offices in operation to accommodate our customer’s long distance move.
We always provide you with a moving truck to ensure your load can be transported in one trip. We do this by picking up your
belongings in one of our 26” trucks and then bringing your items to our climate-controlled storage facility closest to your
“move-out” address. Then, we transfer your items onto our 53” semi-trailer and commence with the trip to your designation.
Once we arrive, we unload, unwrap and reassemble all your items in the rooms you designate.
Long distance moves are calculated based on the amount of goods you wish to ship cross-country. In other words the
household inventory list you have.
Your driver will present you with the Bill of Lading. This authorizes the carrier to transport your goods. Your driver is also required
to complete a Household Goods Descriptive Inventory of items included in the shipment with a note of their condition.
You will be then asked to sign the Inventory.
If any additional services are necessary, the driver with your signature must also complete the Additional Services Performed
